river severn views attentive staff bright mirror light loud terrace music
the river severn views from the room were beautiful the location allowed easy access to nearby attractions the breakfast selection had fresh options i especially liked the pastries. the staff was attentive and quick to address requests. the complimentary prosecco at arrival was a lovely gesture.
the bathroom mirror light was too bright it disturbed sleep. the noise from the terrace music was quite loud at night it went on until late.

superb stay
efficient service well equipped spacious room
the staff was very cute and efficient, especially at breakfast. i found the breakfast food to be superbly cooked. my room included good equipment and felt spacious. it was very clean.

Decent stay near the river
delicious breakfast professional staff noisy fan faulty window
The breakfast was delicious. I enjoyed the great selection of food. The staff were professional. They were efficient and caring.
The bathroom fan made a knocking noise all night. It kept me awake. The bedroom window did not close properly. This was an issue.
