i had such a blast! the room upgrade was awesome. i got a balcony overlooking the avon. the bathroom was superb. i even relaxed in a bubble bath watching canoes!
the carpet had not been vacuumed super well.

I enjoyed a continental breakfast. The croissants were particularly good. i drank orange juice and coffee. everything i could've asked for was beautifully laid out, i tell you!

the beautiful balcony room was super clean, really super clean! the super bathroom was perfect. fluffy towels were superb quality. i enjoyed coffee and biscuits, thoughtfully provided in the room.

the staff were friendly. i was greeted warmly upon arrival at the hotel. i missed breakfast but was offered a continental breakfast at a very reasonable rate, which i appreciate.

the room included a hairdryer that filled the room with a good scent. bottled water was thoughtfully left in my room. i enjoyed complementary coffee. there was an interesting magazine provided and i watched a little tv too.

the hotel is next to the river. it is a super picturesque location. i could see the river from the bath, so cool. it's so relaxing watching canoes row by.

The breakfast included a good range of choices. The location next to the river was quite nice. I also found the transport links into the center convenient. That was helpful.
The staff were quite busy when I arrived. I had to wait a while to check in. The bed was two singles pushed together. The gap in the middle was noticeable. A radio alarm clock turned on at 7 a.m.. I hadn't even set it. It should have been checked.
