the staff were really helpful, especially with directions. i also liked the secure luggage storage on my departure day. the included breakfast buffet had a great range of choices, it was probably the best start to my day. the room was super clean. and the beds were super comfortable.

the pull-out area for dropping luggage would be a bonus. it was a minor inconvenience though.

Not the cleanliest experience

I was not pleased about the cleanliness of the room. My room was located on level minus one, under a hall. It faced directly into our window that do not opens. There were zero air circulation. the lack of a toilet brush in the bathroom, the carpet and dust were not clean. The room had dust and the carpet had hairs everywhere.
