some issues found

mold corner high price
the room was small and felt quite cramped. the bathroom had mold in the corner i found. the staff was friendly but not always available at the front desk. it felt more like a bed and breakfast, it is not what i expect from a four-star hotel. i believe it was overpriced at £150 for one night.

decent but with issues

iron stain mold spot
the staff was helpful and breakfast included a decent selection of hot and cold options.
The rooms felt dated and weren't as clean as i expected. there were iron stains on the carpet and scuff marks on the doors. the bathroom also had mold in several spots. the pull-out bed was very uncomfortable. I could feel the bar in my back.

cozy stay near the bus

helpful staff english breakfast comfortable mattress convenient bus
Dee's at the front desk was WONDERFUL. He assisted with everything and was always very polite. The english breakfast was also really good and filled me up each morning. My room was spacious and the bed had a super comfy mattress. I found the bus route into town very convenient, and it was close to shops.
i noticed the road outside could be a bit noisy, but i managed just fine.
