breakfast buffet dining options tube station few available lifts long waits missed cleaning
the breakfast buffet had tons of options. i also found many dining options within a few minutes walk (this was very convenient). the underground tube station was about a four minute walk.
the lifts weren't great. there were only two available when i arrived. i often had to wait at least fifteen minutes for one. housekeeping was also lacking, as my room wasn't cleaned one day even after i put up the cleaning sign.

I appreciated the location. Victoria Station was a short walk. I also found the provided water bottles a thoughtful touch. Breakfast had good options, and the train station was easily accessible. The hotel staff was friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to requests, a plus.
The lift wait times were sometimes a bit long.

The room had comfortable beds, and the bathroom had quality toiletries. I noticed a refrigerator in my room, and it was empty. The room included a kettle with tea and coffee supplies. Two complimentary water bottles came daily.

slow drain limited lighting
the sink in the room drained very slowly, a definite inconvenience after shaving (it was like an eternity). the toilet handle also stuck sometimes, causing the toilet to run continuously. these small maintenance issues detracted from the overall experience. i also noted the older room control system. it had limited lighting options and only ceiling spots, i could not adjust them individually to create a better ambiance.

hidden fee bad pillow
Our room service experience was pretty bad. They didn't even mention the 121/2% service fee! I only got a credit card receipt, so with the tip, they ended up with over 25% total! And the food wasn't even that good. The pillow wasn't great either.

Excellent Stay, Location and Comfort Combined!
good location spacious room comfortable bed pleasant staff
The proximity to public transport was fantastic. I found access to various parts of the city so easy!!! My room was nicely decorated and spacious. The bed was comfortable. Staff were pleasant, and both check-in and check-out were smooth and quick.
The sink drain was a little slow, I noticed. It took a while to empty after I used it.

The hotel offers multiple lifts for easy access to all floors. I noticed an ice cube machine available in the hallway for guest use. These amenities add convenience to the overall stay experience.

I was able to store my bags after checking out, a huge bonus. The staff members were nice and helpful throughout my visit. This level of attention is really appreciated.
