The location is very convenient. It allowed for easy access to many places. The staff were also helpful. I especially liked the attentiveness. Breakfast each day was of a high quality.
The air conditioning did not function very well. The room temperature was difficult to regulate. Some of the staff seemed impolite. I found this rather unprofessional.

the breakfast buffet had tons of options. i also found many dining options within a few minutes walk (this was very convenient). the underground tube station was about a four minute walk.
there were only two available when i arrived. i often had to wait at least fifteen minutes for one. housekeeping was also lacking, as my room wasn't cleaned one day even after i put up the cleaning sign.

The location provided easy access to many attractions. The lobby features comfortable seating, including sofas and chairs. I appreciated the helpful staff. Dhatchu were really nice by getting our room ready early. The room had amazing views with large windows overlooking the area.

I appreciated the location. Victoria Station was a short walk. I also found the provided water bottles a thoughtful touch. Breakfast had good options, and the train station was easily accessible. The hotel staff was friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to requests, a plus.

slow drainlimited lighting
the sink in the room drained very slowly, a definite inconvenience after shaving (it was like an eternity). the toilet handle also stuck sometimes, causing the toilet to run continuously. these small maintenance issues detracted from the overall experience. i also noted the older room control system. it had limited lighting options and only ceiling spots, i could not adjust them individually to create a better ambiance.

hidden feebad pillow
Our room service experience was pretty bad. They didn't even mention the 121/2% service fee! I only got a credit card receipt, so with the tip, they ended up with over 25% total! And the food wasn't even that good. The pillow wasn't great either.

Excellent Stay, Location and Comfort Combined!

The proximity to public transport was fantastic. I found access to various parts of the city so easy!!! My room was nicely decorated and spacious. The bed was comfortable. Staff were pleasant, and both check-in and check-out were smooth and quick.
The sink drain was a little slow, I noticed. It took a while to empty after I used it.

The hotel offers multiple lifts for easy access to all floors; I noticed an ice cube machine available in the hallway for guest use. These amenities add convenience to the overall stay experience.

I was able to store my bags after checking out, which was a huge bonus. The staff members were nice and helpful throughout my visit. This level of attention is really appreciated.
