i found the reception staff very professional and friendly. the upgraded room was a pleasant surprise upon check-in. the room was spotlessly clean and well-equipped. the bar service provided a perfect end to the day with a nightcap.

the location is awesome it is so close to everything i wanted to see the room i had offered a fine view and i could easily walk to all the main attractions plus the staff were really cute and helpful answering all my questions i really appreciate the location the room and most of all the staff it was such a great hotel experience
the only minor issue i encountered was the limited availability of parking spaces i had to park a bit further away but it wasn't a major inconvenience something to be aware of especially during peak season
