a nice stay at a great hotel
good stories evening tea delicious goodies amazing professionalism
I was particularly touched by olivia and emreak at the front desk. They really elevated my stay. they surprised me with a celebration at the peak. jonathan addressed my initial concerns with amazing professionalism. alex from the bar entertained us with good stories, a nightly treat as we enjoyed evening tea and delicious chinoiserie goodies.
the music was quite loud because of an event, and it disturbed my sleep. i complained, but it continued until 1 a.m. that was a slight hiccup in an otherwise flawless experience.

The rooms were really good. I appreciated the attention to detail throughout. the technology was very intuitive, and the well-appointed bathrooms offered great comfort. the balcony overlooking cadogan gardens enhanced my room, and i could watch the world below.
