friendly staff helpful staff central location airy room light room sticky curtain stuck curtain breakfast area balcony door
the staff was very friendly and helpful. the location is central to everything. i enjoyed that the room was light and airy (it really made a difference).
The balcony doors did not open properly. the curtains kept getting stuck on the rods. They needed smoother operation. i also noticed the area off the breakfast room leading up to the pool was a mess.

charming stay in the heart of town
airport pickup perfect communication day tours
the staff organized my airport pick up. throughout my stay, i felt very supported in planning my day tours, my room was always tidy and clean.
the bathroom had shiny tiles. when wet, they became very slippery. i almost fell, so a non slip mat would be helpful.

the staff were friendly and helpful, they offered recommendations for local dining options. the building had a classical colonial design (it felt special).
the bathroom tiles were very shiny and slippery when wet, but a non-slip mat was provided after i mentioned it.

charming stay in a central location
art deco style decorated room central location
i liked the hotel's art deco style. my individual room was well decorated. the air conditioning worked efficiently, and my room was clean. i appreciated the central location. the staff were very helpful and friendly.
The shiny tiles in the bathroom were slippery. once wet, they were a safety hazard. i slipped and fell. a non slip mat was provided after i complained.

The hotel is in the heart of the area, yet quiet from the street. restaurants are easily accessible. The markets are nearby. it was easy to get a taxi from the hotel, though the parking was expensive!
