the gym facilities were adequate for a basic workout.
The horizon club executive king room i booked was not up to expectations. the extra bed i requested was not placed correctly despite several emails to confirm its placement. furthermore, the room door malfunctioned. I had to inform the front desk multiple times before a manager fixed it (the battery had failed).

The breakfast buffet offered many choices. The staff anticipated my needs for transfer. They also remembered my name. The hotel helped with practical questions.
I noticed a small issue with my room door not opening. It took a few attempts for staff to resolve the problem. I hope this gets addressed quickly.
