I was so thrilled with my calligraphy themed room. It was gorgeous. the sunday night market outside was so festive and fun. jenny and nathan helped me with great recommendations and travel plans. they were very nice.
the noise at night was not great, i could hear everything. the hotel plays music at 7am. it seems not considerate to light sleepers. i think they should not disturb guests so early.

The hotel location was quite convenient. I found several restaurants and shops within walking distance. The staff were friendly and efficient. They helped me store my luggage after I checked out.
My room was quite small with limited space for luggage. The lights were dim. It made it difficult to see clearly at night. I also found the walls to be thin. I could hear noise from neighboring rooms.

The decor was charming. It definitely reflected years past. i got free drinking water daily! little snack treats were available for free. the staff gave me directions to sightseeing and food. That helped a lot.

the staff contacted the taxi firm i use after i left my phone there, i got my phone back in only a couple of hours, it did save me a lot of hassle.
the room was too small and there was no room for my luggage, also the lights were warm and dim and i found them quite difficult to see in, it was all just a little too cramped.

the staff was okay i suppose, i didn't see anything awful, so that's a plus.
oh dear, where do i start? the sewage smell was a real punch in the nose. i think the hotel attempted to mask it with a nebulizer, but once that ran out, phew, it was a disaster.

The room they gave me was smaller than a clown car I swear. I was like I was auditioning for a sardine commercial. The noise from the street sounded like a herd of elephants tap-dancing so sleep was a luxury.

i found a fantastic building. it had nice pillows and beds with good body support. showers were excellent. towels and sheets felt fluffy. the hotel offers unlimited bottled water. staff are good people.
the noise for rooms on the first floor is bad. the hotel plays loud music early and late with no regard for guest rest. i was told it is for aesthetics. i think this is a bad reason.
