charmed by cleanliness and staff!
comfortable deck chairs patient answer
the rooftop pool had comfortable deck chairs. the thai staff welcomed us warmly. questions were answered patiently. the hotel provided a room at the back on a higher floor.
during my stay, i experienced noise as i was in the room closest to the road works. i had to change rooms. i then woke to scraping sounds by the plasterer at 8am.

the location was just a short walk away from eateries, bus stands and ferry terminals. shopping was also nearby. most of the main sights are accessible on foot from the hotel.

the breakfasts were varied and wholesome. the food was very tasty. it was an excellent opportunity to taste the local cuisine. the breakfast space was neat.

The staff were super friendly and helpful with everything! I walked to major attractions like the Grand Palace, it was a GREAT location. The breakfast had AMAZING variety, I enjoyed ALL the options. The rooftop bar and pool was also quite beautiful.

tasty options amazing views fresh towels
breakfast had varied tasty options. the rooftop pool had AMAZING views and a bar. the staff were friendly and helpful with taxi bookings. the rooms were spacious and clean. fresh towels were provided daily.
this made traffic busier. wait times for taxis were longer. this was a slight inconvenience.

The rooftop pool was a real highlight. There were plenty of sun loungers, and the bar was quite nice. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet as well. It had a good variety of options.
Access was tricky, and it looked quite awful. The hotel should have informed guests about this before arrival.
