nonexistent isolation unhelpful receptionist

The isolation was nonexistent. I heard everything from adjacent rooms and outside. loud music calmed down only around 3 am. the receptionist was not very helpful, which surprised me because people in other hotels were kinder. the room itself was awkward, since the toilet was in the same division as the shower. I was careful showering to not get the toilet paper wet, with nothing separating the shower from the toilet.

lovely stay close to action

ideal location great pool friendly staff

this hotel is in an ideal area. we were looking for a local place that wasn't too busy but still central , and we were happy. the pool provided a great respite after a long day of exploring, and the staff were lovely and friendly.

the windows to our room faced the street , and it was noisy. the loud music made it impossible to sleep. we had to buy earplugs for the rest of our stay.

The location was great for accessing tourist attractions. I found the facilities were clean and tidy. The staff was also professional..

The street was busy, so there was a lot of noise until 1 AM, unfortunately. I think sound proofing would really help.

I found the staff very helpful, even getting me english tea bags. k massage next door sorted out my shoulder, their experienced staff are amazing. macaroni over the road is good for food. Their toilets are everything was super clean! the pool was lovely. and secure!

the street noise was present till late, a minor issue though.
