My stay at the hotel was truly delightful! The rooms were spacious and gorgeous, filled with nice furniture and a huge bathroom. The central plaza with water features and the lovely lap pool added a touch of luxury to the experience. The service was top-notch, with the staff always friendly, helpful, and going above and beyond. The location was perfect, central to all the sights in Cartagena and surrounded by great restaurants and shops. The dining experience was fabulous with a diverse and tasty menu. I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious, beautifully furnished, and the marble-covered bathroom was a luxurious touch. The service was top-notch, with staff knowing my name and always ready to assist during my extended stay. The location is simply perfect, right in the heart of Cartagena, surrounded by great restaurants and shops.
