The staff were very friendly. Roberto at check in was hospitable. The location is great. It's walkable to many places. Trams and trains are very close.
The room lacked bottled water. There was no welcome note. There wasn't much beyond a pen and coffee. The coffee maker did not work properly.

the location was convenient, with access to various attractions.
i was disappointed that the tap water was not offered, especially given the high cost of the room and the absence of complimentary bottled water. also, they charged extra for a larger cup of coffee at breakfast (it felt nickel-and-dimed). i felt this was a bit much considering the nightly rate.

the location was amazing for accessing major attractions. Public transport was very close , , made getting around easy. The room was quiet , despite being centrally located. i found the staff to be helpful and friendly throughout my stay.

this hotel offers a restaurant called Senses , with a menu focused on vegetables and fish. Guests can easily walk to the flower market since it is only two minutes away. The central train station is easily accessible from the hotel.

the receptionists were helpful and cute upon arrival at the hotel. staff members assisted with carrying bags to rooms , which i appreciated. when i had questions or needed assistance , the staff responded promptly and effectively.

the location of the hotel proved adequate.
the room lacked a telephone for contacting the lobby, i had to dress and go downstairs. there was no drinking water available, nor a refrigerator. i find these omissions surprising, especially considering the hotel's supposed star rating.
