The location was very central. Many activities surrounded the hotel. I found a kids park, restaurants, bars, and a shopping mall. My room was ready upon arrival. The staff was very attentive and friendly.

The room was nice and clean. It was also spacious enough for my family. The beds were good and comfortable. I could have easily stayed for more days in the room.

The family room offered ample space for my kids. The hotel staff was very helpful. The dining staff was attentive. My children also enjoyed the dedicated play area. The swimming pool was great! It was not too deep, so my kids felt safe.
I noticed some areas looked a little tired and could use some updating.

The hotel location allowed easy access to many attractions. I could walk to the Grand Palace in just a few minutes. Metro and bus stations were also nearby facilitating travel to other parts of the city. The staff was friendly and accommodating.
The pool area was smaller than expected and felt crowded with just a few families present.

The room included comfortable beds ensuring a restful sleep. It also featured a modern bathroom with good water pressure in the shower and sufficient wardrobe space for luggage. A complimentary bottle of water was provided daily in the room.
