limited equipmentmissing mats
the advertised amenities fell short of expectations i discovered the gym was smaller than anticipated it had limited equipment the promised yoga mats were missing the in-room coffee machine leaked it created a mess each morning the housekeeping did not replenish supplies i had to request them daily the minibar was not stocked fully it lacked some advertised items

The location was fantastic. the lobby was very nice, it was cute. the concierge and reception services were helpful. I found them very friendly. breakfast included special items for muslims, like a specific pan for omelets.
the room cleaning did not provide fresh coffee, coffee cups, or water.

The staff was excellent and helpful. I found the buffet breakfast to be one of the best I've ever experienced, with a fantastic spread. The hotel also offers a lovely Italian restaurant who like excellent culinary options. The service was really good and I could charge the meal directly to my room.
I found the underground garage challenging to find a spot on my first night. The lot said it was full the following afternoon, so I parked on the street. Later, I saw space at the underground parking, a bit frustrating.

the breakfast buffet had a good selection, with both hot and cold options. the staff was friendly and addressed all my questions promptly. i walked across the rhine river to see the cathedral (it was a short and scenic walk). the hotel bar had a relaxed atmosphere and offered a variety of drinks.
i noticed that the in-room coffee selection was not replenished daily, a minor inconvenience.

my twin room included two comfortable beds and a separate seating area. the bathroom featured both a bathtub and a shower, and fresh towels were provided daily. there was a well-stocked minibar and a safe to store valuables.
