stale smoke weak shower pressure
the staff were very friendly at the front desk.
The room smelled a bit like stale smoke when i first arrived. despite opening the window and turning on the air conditioning, the smell lingered. also, the shower pressure was weak. It made rinsing off shampoo a real chore

damaged bag loud music
the location proved convenient enough to nearby amenities.
the porter damaged my bag trying to force it onto a trolley i think. the constant, LOUD music from the themed dinners went on late, even on the fifth floor it was a nuisance.
