the hotel staff greeted me very kinda. every employee i saw offered a smile! welcome cocktails were a nice touch. the concierge secured train tickets, even though trains were fully booked.

the breakfast spread included many delicious options. i especially enjoyed the pianist playing during breakfast. the enclosed terrace provided a unique ambience with peacocks roaming around.
the shower head sprayed water all over the bathroom. the patio had not been cleaned in weeks, noticeable. a panini ordered in the room was not good.
