cute lobby excellent location
the lobby was cute and provided space for breakfast or a drink. the location made it easy to reach broadway theaters within minutes.
One elevator was out of service. It caused longer wait times.

prime location friendly staff splendid view
The hotel is close to many Broadway theaters. The staff was quite friendly and helpful . The rooftop bar provided a great experience with city views at night.
The elevators were a bit noisy, I could hear them from my room.

dietary choice helpful staff rooftop vista efficient design
the breakfast offered diverse choices , catering to many dietary needs. the staff always provided assistance and maintained cleanliness. the rooftop bar offered excellent city vistas. i liked the efficient room design, similar to a cruise ship cabin.
the ipad control system was slow , requiring me to use physical switches.
