wonderful hotel with excellent amenities

varied breakfast comfortable room dinner meal

the breakfast was the best during our four-week holiday. our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. we loved the bonus of afternoon tea and the dinner meal. the food had high quality and variety, saving us from worrying about dinner.

the breakfast buffet included many high-quality choices. i appreciated the big television where i could stream my own netflix. the bed was comfortable for restful nights, i slept so well!

i noticed a very slight worn spot on the carpet, but it didn't really bother me much.

The location is superb! i love that it's right by the train station and opera house, even after a minor iphone maps detour. the staff gave me a lovely upgrade with flowers! the food selection blew me away. Breakfast could sustain you all day. there were afternoon snacks and a generous supper. soup and salad options were available. it's the best hotel ever!

i noticed the hotel had climate control, but the room was uncomfortably warm. i wish it was cooler!

excellent breakfast pleasant staff available coffee central location

breakfast offered excellent options, i found appealing (especially the fresh honeycomb). the staff was pleasant and always ready to help with directions. i appreciated the availability of coffee and tea at any time. the location was central.

the room i had was a bit small. this was a standard double room, but it barely fit the double bed, and the space felt cramped, this made the room a bit uncomfortable.

wide variety helpful staff small towel daily cleaning

The breakfast had a wide variety of options. The staff was friendly and helpful. I especially liked Dag and Marianella at the front desk. They provided helpful information.

My room was not cleaned daily . The towels available were small. I have never stayed in a hotel where daily cleaning is not provided.
