The breakfast buffet offered many choices. the hotel's location was convenient, right across from the train station. the staff were friendly and helpful at the front desk. They quickly addressed my questions.
Waiting times could be long. the exterior of the hotel looked rather uninspired. my room's do not disturb sign did not prevent housekeeping from knocking.

The breakfast buffet was very ample. I appreciated the walking distance to the Opera House. The staff was quite amazing. The fresh breakfast met my expectations.

disturb sign
this caused some delay during peak hours. the 'do not disturb' sign also failed to prevent housekeeping from knocking. this occurred despite the sign being clearly displayed (which i found rather disruptive).
