the breakfast was superb with many options including gluten-free and vegan choices it took place in a lovely dining area. the room had a comfortable clean space with an excellent shower. towels toiletries tea coffee and milk were provided. the staff were lovely they were friendly and helpful.

The location allowed convenient access to nearby attractions. It was advantageous. the restaurant presented a satisfying array of breakfast meals in a relaxed environment that i enjoyed very much. the staff's friendliness.
The room i had lacked thorough cleaning, disappointing. Dust was visible and the bathroom needed detailed cleaning, especially in the shower areas.

it was my partner birthday and they decorated our double room with banners and balloons when we got there! staff was so friendly, always ready to help with everything. we had some drinks in the pub first, espresso martinis were only £6. breakfast had a great croque monsieur, delicious!
a deeper clean of the bathroom is needed, it needed some shelving and a toilet roll holder.

i found the staff very friendly and helpful , and they quickly provided extra items for the room when i asked. the location is central, close to the train station , and ideal for exploring the town. breakfast had many options including gluten-free and vegan choices , it was served in an attractive dining area.
the car park required an extra payment , which i found slightly inconvenient.

This hotel feels unique. it's not just a place to stay. It has character. the breakfast impressed me with home-cooked quality and many options. the team provided a friendly welcome and great care throughout my stay, a difficult circumstance i experienced made it important.
The route to rooms had some wear and tear. The carpet looked grubby and some paintwork was chipped, revealing white underneath.
