The location is amazing because it is inside the station. I appreciated facing the port and the Opera House, near shops. The staff at reception were very NICE and helpful. GREAT breakfast.
Our room was a strange shape, very LONG and narrow. There isn't a dressing table or desk, or wardrobe. Mirrors AREN'T near plug sockets.

i had to carry my luggage up some stairs. It was difficult. when i got there, the room was very small and not great, honestly. i also found there was no way to make tea or coffee in the room, and getting hot water from reception often meant the machine was empty

the hotel location next to the central station was really good. i could walk directly from the train platforms to the lobby, a great advantage after traveling. the breakfast included many options. the staff was helpful, especially during the busy breakfast hours.
the digital check-in process was slow, asking for information already provided.

The room size was quite disappointing. It lacked sufficient space for luggage. i also found that the noise from nearby trains was more noticeable than i expected, even with the windows closed. this disrupted my sleep, and i think better soundproofing is needed. the bathroom lacked sufficient counter space. the lighting in the room was also too dim.

location is prime, very close to the train station, and i had easy access to shops. breakfast had many tasty options, what a treat before heading out each morning. room decor features funky, modern murals, i found it cute. the staff was friendly, what a charming place!
