Excellent Location with Great Breakfast!

The breakfast offered several options for everyone. Staff replaced items proactively, a welcome feature. I appreciated the gym with free weights and cardio equipment.
The room lacked a table, and I missed tea and coffee facilities. This was like a bare minimum. the frequency of room cleaning required a request.

Convenient Stay Near Central Station
large selection perfect location
I appreciated the room's likeness to the photos online. The room felt spacious for four adults in my family. The breakfast offered a LARGE selection of food, and I found the location PERFECT. It's close to the central station, the opera house, many cafés, and various shops.
The elevators experienced delays because one was out of service. I saw staff using the out-of-service elevator while guests waited. I found this inconvenient. The hotel should repair the elevator SOONER.

the location was fine, a short walk to the city center.
The ac didn't work and the area was noisy. I could hear the metro and all the cars. i won't be staying here again! this was frustrating.

helpful bartender secure luggage quiet room
the bartender was very helpful with our late check-in. our luggage arrived via porter services and was secure in a locked area. the bartender provided a different room for us that overlooked the street (this made for a quieter night). breakfast offered a large variety of items.
i had to ask for more towels, but they were promptly provided.
