The reception staff were helpful and friendly. my room was ready early. I dropped my bags off and went shopping. the room included a functional kitchen facility.
The room was too warm. there was no air conditioning. Only a small fan was available. the bathroom towel holder came off the wall.

faulty television stained cups
The location was good. It was near shops.
The television was not working, even after i asked a staff member to check it on the first night. a whistling noise came from the air conditioning. My partner had to fix it (as no staff member was available). the cups were slightly coffee-stained.

the room was very clean and well-kept. i found all the necessary amenities readily available. the location was excellent for accessing nearby attractions.
The ventilation system made a slight noise. But it did not bother me too much.

friendly staff early check-in
the room was totally clean and tidy! the shower worked well too. staff at reception were nice and friendly and i got there early. they said my room was ready and i could check in, so i was grateful for that. it was a good start, a total bonus!
