The location was good. It was near shops.
The television was not working, even after i asked a staff member to check it on the first night. a whistling noise came from the air conditioning. My partner had to fix it (as no staff member was available). the cups were slightly coffee-stained.

the room was very clean and well-kept. i found all the necessary amenities readily available. the location was excellent for accessing nearby attractions.
The ventilation system made a slight noise. But it did not bother me too much.

the room was totally clean and tidy! the shower worked well too. staff at reception were nice and friendly and i got there early. they said my room was ready and i could check in, so i was grateful for that. it was a good start, a total bonus!
