Convenient Downtown Stay

I appreciated the hotel's proximity to both Canada Place and Stanley Park. Both were easily accessible. The onsite restaurant proved convenient, and the outdoor pool area, complete with a hot tub, was a plus. The provision of outdoor slippers added a thoughtful touch. Our spacious room featured clean lines and attractive floorboards, very modern.
I noticed the bar facilities were somewhat separate. Integrating them more seamlessly with the lobby might improve accessibility.

The staff consistently demonstrated helpfulness and professionalism. They were very accommodating and responsive to requests. I found them knowledgeable about the local area and eager to assist with directions or recommendations.

The hotel provides an outdoor pool and hot tub for relaxation. I saw a fitness center equipped with treadmills and stationary bikes. Guests could also get cucumber and lemon flavored water on-tap in the foyer.

prime location helpful staff fancy toilet
The location was awesome. it was super close to all the shops and attractions downtown. I walked everywhere. i also thought the fancy toilet seats were a fun little bonus. the staff really went the extra mile to help me navigate the city.
the room was a little sparse, but it didn't really bother me that much. everything else was great.

the pool area was very clean and i noted its comfort. it includes ample loungers. the hotel has easy access to both front and back exits and that makes coming and going easy.

the hotel includes a nice little restaurant and bar on the premises. i saw that they serve coffee and drinks. it's convenient if you want to grab a bite or a drink without leaving.

My room had big, comfortable beds. the room was very clean. i especially liked the updated bathroom. The beds and bedding were excellent and provided perfect comfort

The staff were accommodating and friendly! they really helped me with an early check-in after my long flight. they even gave me a present during check in. It was so sweet of them.

The room offered complimentary slippers, which i thought was a nice touch. the pool was a plus. I found the hot tub accessible too.
i thought the parking was expensive! though the valet service was nice.
