i found the staff very attuned to customer needs. the location was easy to reach from the train station and cruise pier. the hotel provided bikes, and i rode around stanley park. i was actually surprised, the room had usb ports for charging (very useful).
The shower was a bit difficult to use. It was a little tricky to get the water temperature just right.

The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my visit (. The room included separate thermostats for the living room and bedroom. This allowed personalized comfort. The location proved convenient with many walkable options nearby. Valet parking was also available, which simplified arrival and departure.
The music volume in the restaurant during dinner was loud. It made conversation challenging.
