Reviews and Ratings
I found the hotel to be a convenient place to stay, with easy access to Metro stations, DuPont Circle, and various dining options nearby. The staff was accommodating and friendly, making my stay enjoyable overall. However, the noise from street traffic could be bothersome, and the lack of on-site parking is something to consider.
The hotel had spacious rooms with a sitting area, offering a more modern design compared to traditional D.C. hotels. The service was generally nice and helpful, with a small hiccup in payment processing. The location was excellent for business and sightseeing, though not directly serviced by all circulator lines. The dining options were basic but came with some value coupons for use at nearby establishments.
My stay at the hotel felt like staying in a small homely apartment with a separate kitchen and a walk-in robe. The room was exceptionally clean and offered a great city view. However, there was some noise from outside, although it was minimal. The service was friendly and the staff were very helpful, especially with recommendations for nearby restaurants and stores. The location was brilliant, centrally located with easy access to historical and touristic sites. However, the immediate vicinity wasn't the safest, with people hanging around outside. The dining experience was not value for money, offering a basic selection, but there was a $6 coupon for the coffee shop. As for facilities, the hotel provided room service, dry cleaning, laundry, and valet parking.
Upon arrival, the room felt warm and cozy, but unfortunately, noise from the street disturbed my sleep, having to rely on the provided earplugs. The hotel looks brand new, which was a nice touch.
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The room, although cold at times, was spacious, well-stocked with kitchen supplies, and larger than average. The service was extremely helpful, polite, and on-site. The location was convenient, within walking distance to many attractions but a bit away from downtown. The dining experience, mostly consisting of basic snacks managed with coupons, was not the best. The highlight was the nearby Corner Bakery Cafe.
