the staff was friendly. it was nice.
The elevator situation was awful. I mostly used the stairs. also, people from outside the hotel use the elevator to get to the rooftop, so the wait times were crazy. the bar was too loud. i stayed on the 6th floor.

the hotel provided a secure luggage storage room, very helpful upon arrival. my room included a well-stocked toiletries set, including a razor and toothbrush. the rooftop bar had views of the sagrada familia, a wonderful sight. the front desk was always available to assist with any requests.
the tea and coffee sachets in the room were not of high quality.
