historic charm and prime location
historic feel prime location
the location was really good, right in the heart of the city! i stayed in a senior suite double. it felt romantic and spacious! i really loved the historic feel of the place.
i ate in the hotel restaurant and felt unwell along with my companion, disappointing

ineffective thermostat transparent wall
The room temperature was difficult to regulate. The thermostat seemed ineffective. despite setting it to the highest level, the room remained quite cold. additionally, the toilet's placement directly facing the bed, separated only by a transparent glass wall, posed a privacy issue. this design, difficult management

spacious room central location good variety
The room was spacious and clean. The location is central! Breakfast offered a good variety of eggs, cheeses and pastries. I found the staff to be friendly and accommodating. They swiftly addressed any needs that arose.
The faucet in the bath only let out yellow water.

Staff members were fluent in English and ready to help. Requests were handled promptly. I especially appreciated the attentiveness during breakfast service. Any issues were immediately resolved.

twin room tall ceilings clean space
my room was a standard twin room. it had very tall ceilings, and i felt surrounded by beauty. every space was clean and perfect looking.
the curtains didn't block out light so sleeping can be affected.
