Excellent location, AMAZING staff
warm smile fresh food
Ashan, the room service waiter, consistently greeted everyone with a warm smile. His professionalism stood out. I appreciate the care he took when delivering food. He used a hot cupboard to ensure everything arrived fresh. I want to express my appreciation for the housekeeping service .
I ordered blueberries and raspberries in advance to have in my room upon check-in. They confirmed this by email and text message, but staff was clueless upon arrival. The quality of the blueberries was very poor. They were not fresh at all.

The hotel features both an inside and an outside pool. Guests should note that the outdoor pool requires payment, as it is run by a separate company. There is also a jacuzzi available. Guests can have a relaxing time after a busy day.

The breakfast buffet has a large selection of lovely fresh food and freshly squeezed juices. There are various restaurants available. Guests can enjoy the Maison des Art with its diverse options. THE FOOD was AMAZING!!!

The room had a large bed. The air conditioning worked well. There were several restaurants in the hotel. I also liked the gym. It had a lot of equipment.
The elevators was slow sometimes.

city location breakfast barista
the hotel's location in the heart of the city was very convenient for exploring local attractions. i found the restaurants within the hotel fantastic, especially the breakfast, where i encountered a particularly good barista. the room was very nice and neat.
i noticed that access to the pool and gym is separate from the hotel and quite busy. this is worth considering if you plan to use those facilities.

central location prompt staff excellent variety steep minibar inconsistent housekeeping worn equipment
the location was central i walked everywhere i needed to go. the staff responded promptly to my requests this added to the seamless stay. i especially liked the breakfast buffet the variety was excellent
the minibar prices felt a bit steep i found better options nearby. housekeeping seemed inconsistent some days it was perfect other days less so. the gym equipment showed some wear it could use updating
