the location was perfect. the lobby decor was excellent. the swimming pool and steam room were open until 10pm. i found it very helpful.

humming noiseweak pressure
My room faced an inner courtyard, the view was uninspiring. A persistent humming noise came from some equipment nearby, it was audible even with the windows closed. The bathroom had a combined shower and tub arrangement. This was less convenient than a separate shower stall. I found the water pressure in the shower to be somewhat weak. it was an okay experience but could have been better.

inadequate air conditioningslow service
the room was quite hot, it felt stuffy because i couldn't open a window. the air conditioning barely worked, which wasn't ideal. also, finding gluten free options at the restaurant proved difficult. i think the service was slow, and i waited longer than expected for my food.
