Great Hotel, Great Location
helpful reception amazing pool clean room
The reception was always open. The people at reception were helpful. They provided recommendations for boat trips. They also gave assistance with ATMs. I appreciated the fridges and kettles in the rooms. The pool was amazing, and lounge chairs were great. Air conditioning in the room went down to 18 degrees celsius. The hotel had beautiful flowers. There were great photo opportunities. The room was cleaned, and the hotel supplies beach towels.
The room facing the street was slightly noisy due to traffic.

traffic noise inconsistent shower
The room lacked sufficient soundproofing. i was disturbed by traffic noise throughout the night. This impacted my sleep quality. furthermore, the shower temperature was inconsistent, fluctuating between hot and cold. i found this made showering quite unpleasant, the shower head should be replaced for the next guest. i suggest management addresses these issues promptly.

they were cute and very helpful. the reception offered complimentary coffee as i checked out. i would stay there again next time.
