i found the staff very attentive . the complimentary airport transfer was smooth. the premier room provided access to the executive lounge. afternoon tea and happy hour in the lounge was a nice addition.
the gym was somewhat crowded during peak hours but it still offered a good workout.

the room was very clean upon my arrival.
the advertised airport transfer did not materialize at all. i waited for over an hour, then had to arrange transport at my own expense. furthermore, the executive lounge was often overcrowded.
