the location was close enough to trams.
The hotel seemed understaffed. the pictures online did not match what i saw in person. the carpet, drapes, and ceiling emitted a moldy scent. the toilet and sink smelled rotten. Housekeeping did not address this issue after we asked.

The staff was really amazing. victoria checked me in. She gave me a city map and explained all the key locations! breakfast and dinner at the hotel tasted very good, and i felt really safe. The room was super clean too! the bed was very comfy. the hotel facilities in the room were good. it also had tea and coffee, replenished every day!
the hotel is located a little bit away from the city center. i would prefer to be closer next time.

The staff were very attentive , and the breakfast was great. The hotel has easy access to trams and buses , , made getting around the city simple.
The room had a stale smell. The carpets on some floors looked like they had water damage , which detracted from the overall appearance.

The reception staff was very nice and allowed me to check in early. I appreciated the full-size gym. It had various equipment. Breakfast was fantastic, and I also received it complimentary one morning.. a very pleasant surprise. The tram station is a short walk. It connects to the city center.
I did notice that the area around the hotel appears a little neglected, but it didn't significantly impact my stay.

The breakfast buffet had a great selection. I especially liked the fresh pastries. the room included a kettle and a selection of teas, though i am not a tea drinker. the staff at the reception was efficient during check-in.
The gym was quite small with limited equipment. I saw only one treadmill. the location was somewhat remote. The nearest public transport was at least a 5 minute walk. the room decor felt a bit dated though it was clean.
