zubin, the front of house manager, was especially professional and kind. he ensured i felt valued as a guest, which i appreciated a lot. the location is quite good for accessing theatres.
the room was not perfectly clean, as i noticed a crayon and someone else's hair slide near the bed. this was a small oversight but still noticeable.

The hotel boasts an excellent location. It is convenient for reaching various attractions. i found the staff cute, friendly and helpful throughout my stay. the breakfast service was amazing. The dining area provided a relaxing atmosphere.
I noticed the absence of milk, a minor inconvenience for morning tea. The minibar was also empty.

the room came with a fridge and safe. i also found an iron in my room which was helpful. staff provided breakfast and bar vouchers at check in. the hotel had a location near oxford street. tottenham court tube station was very close. breakfast was excellent with a great choice.
