Really good Stay Near Central Station
proactive staff five-star hotel expected standard
I have stayed at this hotel on multiple occasions since 2017. I was impressed the service still met the standards of a five-star hotel. Everything aligned with what one expects from a hotel of this caliber. The staff was proactive when they noticed me struggling with luggage.
I feel this information should have been communicated before my arrival.

The hotel is conveniently located near the central station. This offers easy access to transportation and the surrounding area. I found the subway system easy to navigate from this location and many attractions were accessible.

The room included amenities such as blackout shades as well as robes and slippers. I found the suite spacious and well-kept. The toiletries were of high quality. The hotel offers soundproofing. I did not notice noise from the nearby main station.

The breakfast options featured a lot of variety. It offered many different selections. The fresh eggs I ordered were prepared perfectly to my liking. The staff was attentive during breakfast service.

train station modern room valet parking
the hotel located next to the train station was beneficial. i appreciated the modern room design. the valet parking concierge was friendly and competent.
the pool lacked natural light, it felt underground.

friendly bartender nice bed empty dispenser slow elevator
the staff was friendly. the bartender served a nice drink after a long day. the beds were super nice and comfortable. i slept soundly .
i found a dispenser in the bathroom empty. it lacked body wash and i needed it. the elevator seemed barely functional and slow. it caused delays.
