Really good Stay Near Central Station

I have stayed at this hotel on multiple occasions since 2017. I was impressed the service still met the standards of a five-star hotel. Everything aligned with what one expects from a hotel of this caliber. The staff was proactive when they noticed me struggling with luggage.
I feel this information should have been communicated before my arrival.

The room included amenities such as blackout shades as well as robes and slippers. I found the suite spacious and well-maintained; the toiletries were of high quality. The hotel offers soundproofing; I did not notice noise from the nearby main station.

the staff was friendly. the bartender served a nice drink after a long day. the beds were super nice and comfortable. i slept soundly .
i found a dispenser in the bathroom empty. it lacked body wash and i needed it. it caused delays.
