i found the staff consistently helpful and cute (they always had a smile). the hotel bar was a cozy spot. its location near rosenthaler platz metro stop made getting around very simple. the hotel's decor added a unique touch to my stay.
the absence of traditional air conditioning was slightly noticeable during warmer days.

The location was great, near lovely bars and restaurants plus stylish shops. the staff was great. They were really friendly and helpful. our bedroom was ready early, a huge plus for me. the bed was very comfy, and the bathroom was huge!!!
i had high expectations, however, i was slightly disappointed. the hotel rooms do not have traditional air conditioning, and the air system never seemed to work. the temperature outside was cooler than the room.

noisy roomuncaring staff
I was really annoyed because I chose this place. They say there is air conditioning but it wasn't like any air conditioning I know. It was just warm. Opening the window made it so noisy that I couldn't sleep so I was really pissed off by that. The staff didn't seem to care too much about the problem, it was really upsetting.

the family apartment provided ample space and cleanliness. the beds were comfortable. the shower offered hot water, coupled with nice shampoos and body wash.
the eco-friendly air conditioner was ineffective. it did not cool the room adequately. the noise from the trams on torstraße was disruptive throughout the night.
