superb stay, central location
clean hotel ideal location welcome prosecco stylish bar
I found the hotel clean. the location proved ideal, near to public transport. a welcome glass of prosecco at check-in was very nice! the bar inside was stylish. The service was excellent, attentive, and friendly.
The air-conditioning did not work in my room! this meant i had to leave the window open. street noise made it difficult to sleep well. I reported it, but nothing changed

the location was perfect! though the parking was expensive. many bus and train stops are very close. the hotel is walkable to the city center and shopping areas.

a gem of a stay
perfect spot spacious bedroom helpful staff
The hotel sits in a perfect spot. it was very easy to walk to many restaurants. sightseeing was close too as it was right beside the train station. the staff was super helpful and polite. I just loved this place. the bedroom was large, very spacious, and i found a nice bathroom, too.
The evening receptionist charged me for breakfasts i never had when i checked out. It was only after i paid the bill that i asked for an invoice. The receptionist was rude, too.

The breakfast room is beautiful. i enjoyed the amazing breakfast. the friendly staff was so attentive. It. i remember lovely details, like fresh flowers on the tables.

i must mention the sauna facilities were a sweet escape. it was a quiet spot, perfect after a busy day of exploring. i remember a lovely calming atmosphere, like soft music and dimmed lights.

The workers showed the best hospitality i ever seen and mainly okan, his caring was wonderful, he was the nicest person i met. I felt so welcome. his sympathy added a personal touch to our stay.

The location is perfect right between alexanderplatz and hackesche höfe. Lots of restaurants and bars are nearby. The area is so alive. I loved it. it was amazing to stroll around and discover local treasures.

wide selection breakfast buffet perfume smell requested housekeeping
The staff were helpful. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection that included bacon, sausage, eggs, mushrooms, and tomatoes. It offered a good selection of breads and beverages. I am thankful for the kind service.
I found the bedding smelled like perfume. I also noticed the bedding wasn't changed in my room even after requesting housekeeping. I think housekeeping should pay more attention to these things. I'm also grateful that this was my only complaints.
