I found the hotel clean. the location proved ideal, near to public transport. a welcome glass of prosecco at check-in was very nice! the bar inside was stylish. The service was excellent, attentive, and friendly.
The air-conditioning did not work in my room! this meant i had to leave the window open. street noise made it difficult to sleep well. I reported it, but nothing changed

The hotel sits in a perfect spot. it was very easy to walk to many restaurants. sightseeing was close too as it was right beside the train station. the staff was super helpful and polite. I just loved this place. the bedroom was large, very spacious, and i found a nice bathroom, too.
The evening receptionist charged me for breakfasts i never had when i checked out. It was only after i paid the bill that i asked for an invoice. The receptionist was rude, too.

the breakfast room is simply beautiful. i enjoyed the amazing breakfast, plus the friendly staff was so attentive; it made my mornings feel brighter. i remember lovely details, like fresh flowers on the tables.

The location is excellent. It is a few minutes walk from major attractions. breakfast offered ample selection and was quite good. i found it easy to move around the hotel with a stroller. the entrance door opening automatically was a nice feature.
i found that the bedding smelled like someone else's perfume. i also noticed that the bedding wasn't changed, even though i requested housekeeping. i saw a towel with a hole in the bathroom.

The staff were helpful. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection that included bacon, sausage, eggs, mushrooms, and tomatoes. It offered a good selection of breads and beverages. I am thankful for the kind service.
I found the bedding smelled like perfume. I also noticed the bedding wasn't changed in my room even after requesting housekeeping. I think housekeeping should pay more attention to these things. I'm also grateful that this was my only complaints.
