a decent stay
excellent breakfastefficient stafflate serviceawful pillows
the breakfast was excellent. the staff worked efficiently to keep tables available. they also replenished food promptly when necessary. i appreciate that.
my room was not cleaned until after 5pm. i complained to the lady at the reception. she said that the hotel is high percentage booked and they were too busy. the pillows were awful and you sink into them.

The room was very clean and spacious. I loved the well-designed bathroom. The toilet was separated. Bedding and pillows felt very nice. The room and towels were super clean. High-quality toiletries were available in the shower.
The carpeted floors had old stains.

The reception area doubles as a bar in the evening, a very nice touch. Friendly staff bring canisters of hot coffee upon request. I felt very welcomed here.

The hotel is near the metro station. Charlottenburg Palace is a short walk from the hotel. There are some nice shops nearby to eat at. Very convenient. The location was great!

The Comfort Twin Room was bright with adequate storage space. The room had a mirror and good soundproofing. The bedding felt comfortable, and the shower pressure was good. I slept so well.

A bottle of water, tea bags, and coffee sticks were provided in the room. Mugs, glasses, and an electric kettle were also available. The WiFi connection worked fast. I appreciated the amenities!

The breakfast buffet is amazing and includes just about everything. There is a fine Italian restaurant up Wilmersdorferstraße. It is called Sole d'Oro. Trattoria Nardino faces the hotel and has good menus. I had a really good meal.

i stayed in a triple room and found it conveniently laid out with good amenities. the kettle for coffee and tea in the room was useful.
the air conditioning did not work well, this made sleeping a bit uncomfortable.

excellent breakfastconvenient locationproper coffee
i found the location very convenient for my needs. it was close to the u-bahn and many shops and restaurants. the breakfast had proper coffee and a good variety. the bathroom had a separate shower and toilet. i found all these things very helpful .
The exterior design of the bed was a little damaged. This did not affect my stay in the slightest, but it was noticeable.

this place is steps away from the u-bahn, which connects easily to every point in the city. shops and budget eating places are right in the neighborhood. tiergarten and charlottenburg shopping centre are also nearby, offering great options for leisure.

I was there for one night. The room was fine. Everything worked good. The location was quite good. The U-Bahn station is near, that was useful.
The pillows are awful, you sink into them. There was no other option. the heating could not be set lower than 18 degrees. Turning it off resulted in an auto-mode of 18 degrees.
