Acceptable Stay with Some Issues

broken shower limited temperature control

The shower was broken , and it was not fixed promptly. This made it difficult to shower comfortably after a long day. I found the room temperature hard to control. The thermostat didn't seem to adjust the temperature enough to make a significant difference.

Great hotel near transport links!

The hotel is very close to Ørestad station, which has both train and metro connections. The adjacent shopping center includes restaurants and a large supermarket, convenient for essentials. Staff were cute at breakfast, showing great friendliness and attentiveness. The hotel let us use their plates and cutlery to eat our own food, a lovely gesture.

I noticed that the bathroom could use a stand up shower, as the bathtub is more suited for baths.

amazing stay , highly recommended!

I totally loved the greenery. the room was big , felt very clean and oh so comfortable. complimentary water was a nice touch! the breakfast was seriously excellent , especially the coffee. It was one of the best i had at a hotel.

the elevators did make a bit of noise accelerating and braking , which i could sometimes hear.

the hotel entrance is so grand , i loved the atrium with its high ceilings. the gym looks amazing , it is definitely a wonderful space if you want to work out during your stay.
