inconsistent service damp floor
the location was convenient, with access to nearby attractions.
The room service was inconsistent. Some days the room was not cleaned until late in the afternoon. this was inconvenient. additionally, the bathroom layout created a wet room effect after showering. this made the floor constantly damp and unpleasant.

breakfast buffet central location helpful staff
the breakfast buffet offered many options and the waffle station was great. the central location made it easy to walk to tivoli gardens. the staff were very helpful when we needed assistance, and the restaurant across the street provided large portions.
our suite lacked drawers and suitcase storage. the bathroom's glass door and bright light were inconvenient for nighttime visits. the bathtub was also dangerous with its high step and lack of anti-slip mat.

wonderful hotel experience
city view early check children's room fitness room
The room had great city views from a high floor. I checked in early, which allowed my baby to nap. i noticed a special children's room near reception that was full of toys. This was a plus. there was a fitness room with saunas for men and women.
the hotel needs more front desk staff to manage customer volume, especially noticeable during breakfast.

a piano was located next to the reception. someone played music almost every evening. i was able to easily reach the central station from this location. it made my travel easy.

the reception staff was friendly upon arrival. they helped me quickly with my luggage and check in. i reminded me of my needs were taken into account. i appreciated the great help. everything worked perfectly.

Excellent Hotel Experience
convenient location spacious room comfortable beds excellent breakfast
the hotel is near the train station and local bus lines. i found a spacious family room (the hotel upgraded the room) with very comfortable beds. the restaurant food was good (i appreciate that), and the hotel had high chairs readily available. the breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection of sweet and savoury foods.
the pillows were very thin (i should have asked for more).

A children's room is available near the reception area and has toys. there is a fitness room that includes saunas for men and women. a piano is also located next to reception. Someone often plays music there in the evenings.

the standard family room was spacious, and it provided ample space. the bathroom had standard amenities. the beds were indeed comfortable, and i rested well (the thick blackout curtains helped).
