the location was convenient, with access to nearby attractions.
The room service was inconsistent. Some days the room was not cleaned until late in the afternoon. this was inconvenient. additionally, the bathroom layout created a wet room effect after showering. this made the floor constantly damp and unpleasant.

the breakfast buffet offered many options and the waffle station was great. the central location made it easy to walk to tivoli gardens. the staff were very helpful when we needed assistance, and the restaurant across the street provided large portions.
our suite lacked drawers and suitcase storage. the bathroom's glass door and bright light were inconvenient for nighttime visits. the bathtub was also dangerous with its high step and lack of anti-slip mat.

The room had great city views from a high floor. I checked in early, which allowed my baby to nap. i noticed a special children's room near reception that was full of toys. This was a plus. there was a fitness room with saunas for men and women.
the hotel needs more front desk staff to manage customer volume, especially noticeable during breakfast.

the hotel is near the train station and local bus lines. i found a spacious family room (the hotel upgraded the room) with very comfortable beds. the restaurant food was good (i appreciate that), and the hotel had high chairs readily available. the breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection of sweet and savoury foods.
the pillows were very thin (i should have asked for more).
