Welcome to Crystal Palace Boutique Hotel – Sofia

My stay at the hotel was quite comfortable overall. The rooms were somewhat comfortable, and the food was delicious. However, the temperature in the room was too hot at times. Despite the previous management responses on coffee and tea making, my experience was positive in that regard.

I found the hotel to be a mixed experience. The rooms were spacious and clean but unfortunately stuffy due to poor ventilation and ineffective heating or AC. On the bright side, they were comfortable overall, and the coffee and tea making amenities were a nice touch. The service was a hit or miss- sometimes incompetent and slow, but other times very polite and helpful. The location was fairly residential, making it peaceful to explore the city, although I wished it was closer to the main attractions. The dining options were decent but could use more variety. Despite some downsides, the hotel had its charm and offered a pleasant stay.

The location is excellent for exploring the beautiful center of Sofia.
