small room lukewarm water
the staff were nice and helpful when i asked for directions.
The room was smaller than i expected it to be. I booked a standard double room and it felt quite cramped. also, the water in the shower was only lukewarm, it wasn't hot enough for a comfortable shower. it was disappointing, especially considering the price of the room.

Romantic Getaway at Castle's Foot
easy access parking options convenient location
The location was excellent. It was very easy to reach by car. The hotel provided options for parking either in front or in the garage. Early check-in was granted around 11am, a request I highly appreciate. The proximity to bus stops, the metro, and tram lines made accessing other parts of the city simple.
The restaurant attached to the hotel seemed quite expensive. The pasta i ordered lacked flavor and did not meet my expectations considering the price.

The room was very clean and included free tea and coffee. A mini chocolate served as a welcome gift to guests. The bathroom was beautiful and equipped with a hairdryer, towels, and shower gels. Balconies are also featured in rooms.

good breakfast sour cherry soup dinner al fresco fixed temperature electric heater economical reason
i found the breakfast to be quite good. i even invited two colleagues to join me the following day. dinner al fresco was enjoyable. i liked the salad and the sour cherry soup.
the room temperature was fixed at 20 degrees celsius. a sign stated this was due to economical reasons. an electric heater was provided. i considered this quite disappointing for a four-star hotel.
