the receptionist vicky shun is really good and professional. she is greets everyone kindly. she handles inquiries efficiently and her attention to detail makes her stand out, i see. the restaurant yamm also have good varieties of foods for buffet. the staff are courteous and attentive too.
the lobby smells like cheap perfumed disinfectant and air purifiers is everywhere. corridors have musty smell. the rooms are dilapidated overall, i thinks. i can hear every sound of beside rooms, that's not good.
