Excellent Stay with Minor Inconvenience

the hotel had a great location. the metro to many places was only a 2 minute walk. navigating was easy. the staff were friendly and cute. breakfast is excellent and made to order. the restaurant views were amazing during the day and night.
the family room i stayed in had a strong sewage smell. the bidet in one of the toilets did not work well. i informed the reception twice before a maintenance person tried to fix it, but it was not resolved .

the hotel location seemed pretty fine, quite near all the spots i wanted to see.
the breakfast? it was order-only, a real drag after a couple days i gotta say. also, the room cleaning wasn't exactly what i'd call 'thorough'. i found dust bunnies that could have been mistaken for small pets.

The front desk staff offered helpful suggestions for local activities and transportation. I appreciated their assistance with directions and taxi arrangements. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful with many choices. The location was perfect for seeing many historical sights.

The restaurant on the upper floor has very nice city views. It was an amazing place to eat breakfast. The breakfast had a beautiful view overlooking the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. It overlooked the sea too.
