The staff was helpful. The location is close to the women's entrance (entrance 338). The hotel provided a quick check-in process. The location is excellent and near the mosque. I found the hotel rooms beautiful and well kept. I could easily access many eateries outside and nearby (across the road).
The elevators got crowded, especially during prayer times and around 2 p.m.

unprofessional room servicemissing amenities
The room service lacked professionalism. one employee did not wear a uniform. he asked for tips rudely. he also stood too close when i opened the door. I felt he could see into the room when my wife was present. additionally, towels and cups were missing upon arrival. I had to request them.

The staff was always ready to help with requests! khaleed at the front desk deserves special mention for his excellent service. the hotel's proximity to the women's gate made access super easy, and i really valued that. plus, there's a pakistani restaurant just across the street, quite convenient. I appreciated that accessibility.
The wi-fi signal wasn't the strongest on the first floor. It could definitely use a boost!

my beautiful king room was perfectly adequate! it included practical amenities such as a work desk, a mini fridge, and a tv with multiple channels, so that was useful. the bathroom had fresh towels and essential toiletries too.
