the staff showed loveliness by quickly addressing my room request. the new room provided was clean and maintained a quiet atmosphere. i appreciated the hotel's responsiveness and quick solution. expedia responded very quickly also.
the initial room assigned was located on the first floor with basement style.

The room provided was quite small. Moving around with luggage proved difficult. the noise from adjacent rooms was noticeable, causing disturbances at times.
