amazing servicelarge roomineffective air conditioning
the breakfast team provided amazing service. they were very kind, this impressed me. the room was large and included the amenities one would expect in a four-star hotel.
it comfortably fit only two people, a bit frustrating. the air conditioning ran, but it wasn't powerful enough to cool the room effectively.

The breakfast offered a good variety. The hotel location was convenient for accessing attractions, it took 10-15 minutes to the center on foot. My room was spacious and the dressing area was very useful.
It only fit two of us comfortably. The air conditioning did not cool the room effectively. I had to sleep with the window open.

The personnel made excellent restaurant recommendations. Each one was a hit! The location was also very convenient. I liked how close it was to many attractions (just a short walk away!). The breakfast was great (especially the pastries!).
It was a bit inconvenient, especially when I had luggage.

Mediocre stay needs improvement
poor air conditioning
This was a problem as my room was on an upper floor. The air conditioning barely worked the room remained warm. I found the staff unhelpful they showed little interest in resolving issues.
