Welcome to The Excelsior, A Luxury Collection Hotel, Florence – Florence

My stay at this hotel was fantastic! The rooms are spacious and overlook the river, beautifully decorated and very clean. The service was exceptional, from helping me plan my visit to arranging a private car tour of Tuscany on short notice. The location is just perfect, a short walk from the center of Florence, offering a peaceful setting by the Arno river. The dining experience was delightful with a wide variety of options. Overall, a great value for money.

I had an amazing stay at the hotel with well-appointed rooms featuring a nice big bathroom and great closets. The signature Westin Heavenly Bed provided exceptional comfort. The room service was prompt, although options were limited, and the balcony overlooking the Arno was absolutely fantastic.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were small and had a poor layout, but the view of the street and Ponte Vecchio was great. The service was professional and efficient, with helpful staff. The location was perfect for exploring the city, being right on the River Arno with beautiful views, although it was away from the center. The dining was good and plentiful, but a little sedate. Overall, a decent stay with some ups and downs.
